Returns

To return a item to Tee Shirt Repubic and The Fabric Pritner: You must quote your order number and a copy of your invoice. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Once received, the order number must be written in a noticeable place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned:  Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

Tee Shirt Republic stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Subject to the following criteria we will refund or replace the full price or order produced, excluding postage and processing costs.

Tee Shirt Republic products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Tee Shirt Republic takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size and/or colour.
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect Garment Sizes, Style or Colour
• Color Variations.  Due to the inherent differences between screen colors and CMYK printed colors, please be aware that the color displayed on your screen may not accurately represent the final color of the printed t-shirt. If you have a specific colour you’d like to match, please let us know in the comments section at the end of your order and we’ll endeavour to get close. 
• Mockup Colour Accuracy: Mockup designs provided on our website or via email are for reference purposes only. The actual print color may vary slightly due to CMYK printing from what is shown in the mockup.
• Mockup Print Size Accuracy: the designer may not be perfectly to scale, however the designer will display the logo size height & width mm, which you can check against a garment at home. 
• Logo Placement, TSR will endever to place your logo as close to your design layout as possible or as close to a standard location. Example Front Left, Back Center eta. If a logo is place in an odd location one of you staff will reach out to confirm.  
• Returns and Refunds: We will NOT accept returns or provide refunds based on color variations between the computer screen and printed t-shirt. If there is a defect in the printing or manufacturing process, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for resolution.
• Specilty Ink Colours: Fluorescences or Metallics (Silver & Gold) are not avaiable via DTG or DTF process. This is only avaiable via our screen printing service so feel free to reach out for a quote here 
• Delayed delivery of Goods from Austiala Post. 
• By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms above regarding potential variations between screen and the CMYK printed colors eta. 

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Tee Shirt Republic does not proof your design before production.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted if

• After 30 days of receipt of purchase. 
• Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
• Items with makup marks can not be returened. 
• Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

1. Contact Customer Support. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the order number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
